Sweet Opportunity: Chocolate Tasting with TWU Chemistry Club!
The Trinity Western University Chemistry Club is hosting a chocolate tasting event on February 24, and they’re looking for food chemists (or chemists in general!) who’d like to take part.
The event will explore the flavours of dark, milk, and white chocolate, with students sampling chocolates followed by a short, engaging presentation delivered by the guest chemist(s) sharing the chemistry behind what they were tasting.
