Inside TRIUMF: An ACPBC Member Experience

ACPBC members recently had the opportunity to tour TRIUMF, Canada’s national particle accelerator facility, and experience cutting-edge science up close. The visit offered an inside look at one of the country’s leading research centres and the important work taking place there.

Participants appreciated the personalized and thoughtful historical context shared by the tour leader, embodying the breadth of Canadian innovation and cutting-edge science.

Following the tour, members continued the conversation at the Sports Illustrated Clubhouse, connecting and exchanging ideas in an informal setting. It was a meaningful opportunity to combine learning with collegial discussion.

We look forward to organizing more small-group experiences that give members direct access to leading scientific institutions.
